Reading the website
You do not need an account to read these resources. This edition has no website database or custom login. School registration and other configured enquiries use Google Forms, as explained below. The website host may process technical request information.
Forms and enquiries
When configured, school surveys and enquiry forms load from Google Forms after you choose to load them, or open directly on Google. The organisation manages responses in Google Forms and private Google Sheets. Google’s own processing and account rules apply. The website cannot read your answers or confirm a submission. Follow the confirmation shown by Google.
Participation and privacy
School survey participation is voluntary; student names, phone numbers and roll numbers are not needed. School registrations and other enquiries ask for the organisational or personal contact details needed for the requested follow-up. Never include health histories or another person’s private information. The coordinator supplies a school/session code. A random participant code may be used if explained on the form; never use an identifiable student number.
Notifications and replies
Designated staff may enable Google’s new-response email notifications. School and organisational enquiries can offer a Google response receipt when email collection is configured. Student surveys do not require email collection. A notification or receipt is not approval, an appointment or a guarantee of delivery; staff confirm follow-up separately. Personal-support requests should avoid emailed copies containing sensitive information.
Access, retention and deletion
Only designated staff should have access to responses. The form must state the organisation’s retention period and privacy contact before collection begins. Staff manage deletion in both Forms and its linked Sheet; deletion is not performed automatically by this website. Contact missionsambhav.hvt@gmail.com about your information.
